RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from RxCoop LLC. Please review our returns policy below:
- Eligibility: Items purchased within thirty (30) days may be eligible for return or replacement, subject to pre-approval.
- Non-Returnable Items: Sales beyond 30 days are non-returnable. Additionally, products damaged due to misuse or abuse cannot be accepted for return.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may be applied to approved refund orders.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs on pre-approved refund claims.
To initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please contact our customer service department at (407) 622-5300 ext. 2. When shipping your return, please ensure the following:
- Pack the product(s) carefully, preferably using the original packaging materials.
- Include either the original packing list or a letter detailing your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email address).
- Ship the return prepaid via your chosen delivery service with tracking information and insurance.
