Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping cost in not included in the pricing found on this website.  We only ship to valid mailing addresses located in the United States of America

Only items purchased within thirty (30) days may be eligible for a return or replacement and must be pre-approved first. All sales beyond 30 days are non-returnable. Products damaged by misuse or abuse will not be accepted for return. A 15% restocking fee may apply to any approved refund order. Shipping is non-refundable. All returns are subject to shipping costs. Customer is responsible for all return costs on pre-approved refund claims.

Please call our customer service department at (407) 622-5300 ext. 2 to begin a Return Merchandise Authorization. Carefully pack the product(s) using the original packaging materials (if possible). Enclose the original packing list or a letter with details, contact information i.e, name, address, phone number, and email address. Ship the return prepaid via your delivery service with tracking information to our address below. Please add insurance to your return. RxCoop LLC will not be held responsible for damages through the return shipment. Damages may prevent your RMA from being accepted.
